About the Role

The Company is a global leader in money transfer services, and they are seeking a VP of Treasury to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of corporate treasury, including cash management, forecasting, banking reconciliations, funding, cash flow projections, electronic payments, FX trading activities, and credit facility management. This role involves overseeing a high-performing treasury team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing relationships with banking partners. The VP of Treasury will also be involved in strategic decision-making, such as structuring and maximizing debt/equity funding for international subsidiaries and overseeing the company's stock buyback program. Candidates for the VP of Treasury position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in treasury and cash management, with a strong background in FX trading and credit facility management. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications and fluency in both English and Spanish. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and lead both on-site and remote teams.
