About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Construction Operations to lead and develop a high-performing team and drive project and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of servant leadership, accountability, and continuous learning. This role involves owning and driving construction operations with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost, as well as championing standardized processes and encouraging innovation. The VP will also oversee financial performance, key metrics, and strengthen client relationships and industry presence. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA strongly preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the construction industry. The role requires a proven track record of executive leadership, operational and financial success, and advanced knowledge of construction operations, risk management, and project delivery systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills, and be willing to travel as necessary.
