Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, educational leadership, or administration, with a Master’s degree desired. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in school leadership, particularly in a Christian or private school setting, is required. The role demands a strong understanding of Christian education philosophy, curriculum development, and experience with school accreditation processes and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and inspire, strong organizational and financial management skills, and experience in fundraising and donor relations. They must also be adept at conflict mediation and have effective public speaking and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
