About the Role

The Company is in search of a President to take the helm of one of its newly acquired portfolio companies, a business with a strong focus on tech-enabled and software-enabled services. This role is pivotal, as the successful candidate will be expected to lead the company through a structured succession, with a clear path to transition into the CEO position after a planned value-creation and exit period. The ideal candidate for this President role at the company is a dynamic and strategic leader with a background in tech-enabled services, managed services, system integration, SaaS-enabled services, or web hosting services. While a commercial orientation is preferred, the candidate's ability to honor the company's past and drive its future with a passion for success is of utmost importance. The role demands a leader with a proven track record, ideally with over 15 years of experience, and a strong focus on commercial excellence, professionalization, and diversification of the customer and end market mix. The President will be responsible for transforming the business, driving its scale, and accelerating revenue growth through a disciplined commercial excellence protocol and an improved go-to-market strategy. Professionalization of the business with a focus on ROI-driven, repeatable, measurable, and scalable systems and processes is a key aspect of the role. The candidate should be prepared to work closely with the private equity sponsor, who is committed to investing heavily in the company's growth, both organically and inorganically. While experience in private equity is not a requirement, a solid background in M&A and integration is preferred.
