About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to establish and lead the operational function, with a focus on scaling the business. This is a pivotal role that involves building the ops function from the ground up and working closely with the founders to make key decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing systems that ensure the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently, even in the absence of the Head of Ops. Day-to-day tasks include acting as a bridge between teams, driving strategic initiatives, identifying and resolving operational issues, and designing processes that can scale with the company. The ideal candidate for the Head of Operations role at the company will have 5-7+ years of experience in an ops leadership position, preferably in a Series A-C company, and a proven track record of building and scaling an ops function. They should have a deep understanding of GTM operations, be a systems-level thinker, and possess strong communication skills. The role requires a leader who is self-aware, can work with a high level of autonomy, and is adept at building and maintaining operational systems. The Head of Ops will also be expected to have a hands-on approach, be proactive in proposing and implementing adjustments, and ensure that the operational processes are designed to be sustainable and resilient.
