About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its organization through a significant period of transition and growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years' progressive leadership experience in a healthcare, human services, or related service delivery environment, with a strong background in operational and financial management. The CEO will be responsible for establishing and strengthening the operational infrastructure to support the company's growth, including evaluating and enhancing existing systems, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and ensuring the effectiveness and replicability of day-to-day operations. A key aspect of the role is to stabilize operations, improve staff retention, and enhance training and support structures. The successful candidate will also be tasked with reigniting and sustaining organizational growth, evaluating business development and marketing strategies, and ensuring the company's visibility and impact within the community. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a hands-on approach to financial sustainability, revenue cycle processes, and margin management. Experience in leading organizations through growth or transition, particularly in settings that require the development and professionalization of systems, processes, and leadership structures, is essential. The role demands a leader with a people-centered, team-first approach, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to foster a culture of trust, accountability, and professional growth. The CEO will work closely with the founders to ensure clear decision-making, consistent internal messaging, and a strong partnership. A background in applied behavior analysis, pediatric therapy, behavioral health, or similar community-delivered care settings is preferred, and the candidate should be prepared to build and professionalize the company's leadership team for long-term growth and scalability.
