The role requires a leader with unquestionable integrity, the ability to balance discipline with flexibility, and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The COO will also be expected to represent the organization externally, so experience in communications strategy and digital engagement is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus.
