About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Academic Officer and System Designated Institutional Official to lead its Graduate Medical Education (GME) enterprise. The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative executive with a contemporary and inspiring leadership style, experienced in medical education. Candidates for this position must have an M.D., D.O., or equivalent terminal degree, with a strong background in academic medicine and a proven track record of excellence, change management, and engagement. The role requires exceptional relational and team-building skills to work across disciplines, markets, and institutions, as well as the ability to communicate and promote the academic mission effectively.
