About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to serve as a strategic leader and champion for the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the Council's direction, with a strong focus on empowering and serving the community. This role involves overseeing all operational aspects, including community engagement, fundraising, membership, program development, and financial stewardship. The CEO will be expected to bring cultural competency, particularly in connection with Hispanic/Latino communities, and to build and maintain meaningful relationships across diverse populations. Strategic leadership, visibility, and impact are key, as is the ability to lead transformational change and position the organization as a trusted brand in youth development. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of organizational impact, including revenue growth, program scale, and increased youth reach. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at leveraging data and emerging trends to drive decision-making, and will have a strong background in fundraising and financial management. Talent development, a culture of engagement, and a commitment to mission-aligned programs are also essential.
