About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive leadership team during a period of significant growth and operational evolution. The COO will be responsible for providing operational leadership and administrative oversight for a large, multi-site medical practice, ensuring consistent performance, accountability, and patient experience standards. This role requires a collaborative, operationally sophisticated leader with a strong background in multi-site healthcare operations, particularly in the ambulatory or surgical care setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex operations, supporting physician recruitment and growth initiatives, and fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence. Key responsibilities for the COO include leading day-to-day operations across clinical, administrative, and support functions, overseeing regional managers to meet practice goals, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will also be involved in organizational compliance, technology systems oversight, and will work closely with physician leadership to maintain a culture centered on patient care, employee engagement, and operational excellence. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 7-10 years' of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience. Familiarity with EMR systems, ambulatory operations, and healthcare regulatory requirements is essential, and experience in dermatology is beneficial. The role demands a leader with strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage change, and a commitment to driving performance improvement in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environment.
