About the Role
The Company is in search of a Macro Foresight and Systems Head to lead the exploration of structural shifts in the financial and investment landscape, with a focus on deep technological, industrial, and geopolitical transformations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outside-in, systems-level foresight, particularly in the context of AI and private markets. This role is pivotal in identifying how these changes may impact finance and investment practices over time, well in advance of their manifestation in current professional norms. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, capable of operating as a systems-level thinker, and will have a proven track record in constructing and stress-testing scenarios, as well as producing substantive foresight content. Applicants for this role at the company should have 12-20 years' experience in macroeconomic foresight and be adept at connecting various dynamics, including technological, economic, geopolitical, and institutional, to provide a comprehensive view of the future. Key qualifications include the ability to work with conceptual ambiguity, operate ahead of consensus, and produce early-warning indicators of paradigm shifts. The role requires a strong analytical background, particularly in understanding how industries and markets reconfigure under disruption. The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and authoritatively, and to engage with senior audiences on the implications of systemic change. The company is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
