The role requires a professional with a strong technical proficiency in digital marketing channels, including web/e-commerce, SEO, paid search, display, paid social, email, events, and PR. The ideal candidate will be adept at using marketing automation and analytics software and tools, and possess excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. The Head of Growth Marketing will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering insights and recommendations, and must have a passion for health and wellness, with a people-first perspective.
