About the Role

This role also involves overseeing a range of financial functions, including audits, tax compliance, risk management, treasury, and cost accounting, while maintaining robust internal controls. The VP of Finance will be expected to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, and to drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and tools for enhanced scalability and efficiency. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should hold a master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a bachelor's degree as a foundation. A minimum of 8 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 4 years in a manufacturing environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting guidance, particularly in cost accounting within a manufacturing setting, and possess advanced credentials such as a CPA. Key qualifications include the ability to manage cash flow, banking relationships, capital structure, and insurance programs across multiple entities, as well as experience in supporting growth initiatives like mergers and acquisitions.
