About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of its modernized, community-based hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the hospital and its associated operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe community care. This includes providing both internal and external leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with the network to maintain continuity of care. The CEO will also be involved in the strategic planning of physician and practice development, as well as standardizing processes in collaboration with local hospitals and corporate departments. A key focus of the role is to establish best practices that enhance patient satisfaction, cost containment, and overall performance, in alignment with the company's vision and strategic imperatives. Candidates for the CEO position must have a minimum of 10 years' executive experience in managing complex hospitals, with a strong background in financial operations, patient relations, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a leader of the highest integrity, capable of earning respect and support, and who can establish immediate credibility with peers, senior leadership, and medical staff. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a gracious demeanor are essential. A bachelor's degree in management or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MHA or MBA. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering a culture of engagement and professional satisfaction, and will be instrumental in positioning the hospital for continued success and growth in the dynamic healthcare landscape.
