About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Admissions to play a pivotal role in the oversight of student affairs, admissions, and financial aid. This key faculty leadership position is responsible for leading an integrated portfolio that supports medical students from recruitment and admissions through to graduation. The successful candidate will be a student-facing leader, strengthening the Office of Student Affairs as a central hub for support and guidance, and ensuring a cohesive, student-centered experience. The role involves balancing advocacy with accountability and policy in sensitive student matters, aligning student affairs programming with the curriculum, and building effective relationships with institutional partners. The Associate Dean will also be expected to represent the college with internal and external stakeholders. Applicants for the Associate Dean position must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution, with the credentials to merit appointment at the rank of associate or full professor. The role demands a leader who can develop a high-performing team, and who is adept at fostering professional growth and clear roles within the team.
