Applicants for the Vice President of University Personnel position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within an academic or large organizational setting. A deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, organizational development, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. A Master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is typically required, and a Ph.D. is a plus. The role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels of the institution.
