About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead its mission of becoming a leading healthcare system. The successful candidate will be a seasoned executive with a strong background in achieving financial and operational success, as well as building and leading high-performing teams. This strategic leader will be responsible for the enterprise-wide operational leadership and performance, with a focus on translating the company's strategic vision into effective execution. The role demands a data-driven, innovative, and growth-minded individual who can ensure the operational integration and effectiveness of the company's various healthcare facilities and services. Applicants for the EVP & COO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a graduate degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare, including 7-10 years in senior executive roles within a multi-hospital, integrated health system, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide operations and operating at scale within complex healthcare organizations. The role also involves close collaboration with the Chief Physician Executive to advance the company's academic and research mission, so experience in this area is highly valued.
