About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to take on a pivotal role in leading the firm's financial strategy and operational infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial operations across multiple investment vehicles and affiliated entities, including financial consolidation, reporting, and the preparation of audited financial statements. This role also involves managing close processes, supervising fund administration activities, directing treasury operations, and leading tax planning and compliance. The CFO will be a key partner with executive leadership on firm strategy, capital planning, and financial analysis, and will be expected to build, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience within alternative asset management, with a strong preference for those with over 10 years' experience. A CPA is required, and a CFA or advanced degree is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, investment company accounting, fair value measurement, and derivatives accounting, as well as a strong knowledge of partnership taxation and fund tax structures. Experience with institutional investors and family office/high-net-worth relationships is essential, as is a proven track record in implementing financial systems and operational controls. The role demands exceptional communication, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-accountability, build-oriented environment.
