About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy, operations, and revenue cycle, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care through operational excellence and innovation. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven track record in healthcare services and operational finance, particularly within large, multi-site private practice environments. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to the CEO and executive team, overseeing all financial functions, and driving accountability, financial performance, and scalable infrastructure across the organization. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading all accounting, finance, budgeting, treasury, audit, tax, and financial planning functions, as well as developing and overseeing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning. The role also involves improving financial reporting, internal controls, and operational analytics, driving cash flow forecasting and working capital management, and providing financial guidance related to payer contracts and organizational growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with an MBA, MHA, CPA, or Master’s preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience within healthcare organizations. Prior CFO experience and a strong understanding of revenue cycle management and payer structures are essential. The CFO will also be expected to mentor and lead the accounting and finance team, evaluate systems and processes for efficiency, and present financial insights to executive leadership and Board stakeholders.
