About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Architecture with a focus on PCIe, memory, and storage. This senior technical leader will be the key authority for the AI Data Innovation Pipeline, particularly in the areas of PCIe, storage, and memory connectivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of senior architects and engineers, working closely with the division GM and product marketing to develop product line roadmaps, and establishing product concepts. A critical part of the role is to ensure the completion of various specification documents for PCIe switching and storage controller product lines, and to provide technical support to business and marketing teams. Applicants for the VP of Architecture role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in leading managers or senior architects, with a strong background in AI/XPU, GPU, and data center connectivity. The position requires a leader with broad systems and architecture oversight, and a working knowledge of silicon development. The ideal candidate will have experience in product roadmap development, GPU system architectures, and architecture design and development. Skills in architecture validation and deployment, as well as a deep understanding of silicon and software specification development, are also highly valued. The role is pivotal in driving the technical direction of the company, and the VP of Architecture will play a key part in the advancement of AI/ML at scale through advanced data center connectivity and silicon platforms.
