About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Supply Chain to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative executive, responsible for leading a systemwide supply chain function that ensures the timely and efficient delivery of essential supplies and materials. This role involves broadening the scope of supply chain operations beyond the hospital to support clinical services across the entire network, including clinics and the expanding ambulatory network. The VP Supply Chain will also be tasked with driving systemwide standardization, strengthening partnerships in key areas to reduce clinical variation, and optimizing warehouse operations. A significant focus will be on achieving cost savings and elevating performance through a more advanced, data-driven supply chain environment. Applicants for the VP Supply Chain position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive supply chain leadership experience, with a strong background in process improvement, enterprise-level supply chain strategy, and the adoption of modern technology platforms, particularly Oracle SCM. The role requires a candidate who excels at physician engagement, can influence without authority, and is adept at navigating the complexities of a fast-growing health system.
