About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to lead its nationally recognized, innovative Catholic high school. The successful candidate will be the administrative and spiritual leader, responsible for the overall management and growth of the school. This includes developing and implementing long-range strategic plans, overseeing the executive leadership team, and ensuring the school's mission is effectively carried out. The President will also be the chief ambassador, deepening partnerships with corporate leaders, community stakeholders, and philanthropists. A key aspect of the role is to foster a faith-centered, inclusive school culture and to maintain a strong, engaged presence in the life of the school. The ideal candidate for the President role at the company will be a confident, relationship-driven leader with a strategic mindset. They should have a proven ability to lead a senior team, strong financial acumen, and a track record of success in fundraising. The role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, and a deep passion for the values of Catholic education. Experience in the education field is preferred, and the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of five years of senior-level leadership experience. The President will be expected to ensure the financial strength of the organization, continuous academic improvements, and a high rate of college acceptance and graduation for students.
