About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to join its Executive Team and play a pivotal role in the organization's global mission. The CAO will work closely with the CEO and other team members to ensure that the organization's vision of safe water for all and the experience of God's love is realized through the development and sharing of best-in-class safe water solutions. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a proven track record in fundraising, with experience in leading large-scale campaigns and a deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
