About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Pharmacy Services to provide strategic leadership and oversight of pharmaceutical services within the division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of hospital pharmacy departments, leading cost containment efforts, and ensuring regulatory preparedness. This role also involves supporting the Division Supply Chain CEO and Division Clinical Resource Director as a subject matter expert in the review of pharmacy purchase patterns and developing business process models to enhance operating results. The ideal candidate should have a B.S. in Pharmacy, with a Doctor of Pharmacy, MBA, or MS preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of progressive pharmacy management experience, particularly in multi-site operations within an acute care setting. Candidates for the Vice President of Pharmacy Services position at the company must be licensed pharmacists with executive-level leadership experience and the ability to build strategic relationships with the executive team. The role requires a professional with a strong background in pharmacy management, particularly in a clinical and acute care environment, and a focus on advancing clinical and pharmacy excellence.
