The Company is in search of a Chair for the Department of Radiology, a pivotal role that encompasses dual leadership for both the academic health center and the clinical service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all radiology operations, fostering the department's growth, and ensuring a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach to high-quality, patient-centered care. This leadership position demands a professional with an M.D. or D.O. degree, board certification in diagnostic radiology, and a strong clinical background. The Chair will also be tasked with system-wide responsibilities, including a focus on network integration and growth, and must have a national reputation in the field, as well as a proven track record of leadership within an academic or complex healthcare system. Applicants for the Chair of Radiology at the company should have a minimum of 7-10 years' of significant leadership experience, including in clinical operations and financial management, and a demonstrated ability to lead and build academic programs in education and research. The role requires a leader with advanced training, and/or an MBA, and a nuanced understanding of both ambulatory and hospital operations.
