About the Role

Key responsibilities for the Associate General Counsel include drafting, reviewing, and interpreting various contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and proactively managing legal and regulatory risks. The role also requires the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies to support business objectives. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of technology law, intellectual property law, and corporate governance, as well as excellent legal research and writing skills. The position demands an individual who is agile, proactive, and collaborative, and who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
