About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of HR to join their team in a highly visible, enterprise-level leadership role. The successful candidate will be the chief HR partner to the President of the division, leading HR strategy and operations for a global business of approximately 2,300 employees. This role is pivotal in enabling the organization's ambitious growth plans, including strategic talent, organizational effectiveness, and transformation initiatives. The VP of HR will be responsible for driving organizational design, leadership capability, and enterprise-wide transformation, and will serve as a key member of both the Divisional and HR Leadership Teams. Candidates for the VP of HR position at the company should have a proven track record as a senior HR business partner at the VP level with global responsibility. A strong background in organizational design and effectiveness, particularly within complex, matrixed environments, is essential. The role requires a leader with a demonstrated ability to support organizations through significant growth, scale, or transformation, and industry experience in automotive, aerospace, or similar heavy manufacturing environments is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, a change leadership mindset, and a data-driven approach, with the ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior leaders. Executive presence, excellent communication skills, and experience in building and maturing HR operations are also key requirements for this role.
