About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Real Estate Development and Finance. This key execution role is pivotal in the underwriting, structuring, and delivery of real estate development projects, operating at the intersection of development, finance, and investment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from acquisition and capitalization to construction and stabilization. The role is highly dynamic, with responsibilities scaling based on experience, from financial analysis and underwriting to leading deal execution, managing workstreams, and interfacing with capital partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical foundation, advanced technical skills in financial modeling, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred for senior associate levels. A minimum of 2-8 years' of experience in real estate development, private equity, investment banking, or project finance is required, with a proven track record in financial modeling and real estate underwriting. The role demands a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Senior-level candidates should demonstrate leadership in managing processes and teams, as well as the ability to mentor junior staff. The position is well-suited for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, a desire to grow into senior leadership, and a strong focus on performance metrics such as the accuracy and quality of financial modeling, timeliness of deal execution, and the contribution to successful project delivery.
