About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Implementation to spearhead the rollout and optimization of operational processes, client onboarding, and workforce deployment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of new client accounts, service lines, and operational initiatives. This role demands the development of standardized frameworks, timelines, and deliverables for onboarding and implementation, as well as ensuring seamless transitions from sales to operations. The Head of Implementation will also be tasked with designing, documenting, and refining scalable workflows, identifying and implementing process improvements, and overseeing the implementation and optimization of payroll and workforce management systems.
