About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's financial and strategic leadership. Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include serving as the senior financial advisor, leading the annual budgeting process, and overseeing all financial operations. The role demands a strategic and visionary leader with a proven track record in executive-level finance, experience in both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) structures, and hands-on experience in managing government grants and contracts. The CFO will also be tasked with building and managing a finance team, fostering a culture of financial literacy, and ensuring that every dollar is invested in advancing the organization's mission.
