About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in leading all marketing efforts for its vertical SaaS business. The successful candidate will be tasked with institutionalizing and scaling the current go-to-market (GTM) system, building a strong brand and category narrative, and driving pipeline growth in a sales-led revenue function. This is a high-impact position that requires a strategic and hands-on approach to marketing, with a focus on real, measurable results rather than vanity metrics. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the GTM motion, defining and defending the category narrative, and elevating partner and distributor marketing. They will also be expected to professionalize product marketing, manage a marketing team, and ensure that the marketing organization is aligned with the company's growth objectives. Applicants for the VP of Marketing role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of B2B marketing leadership experience, particularly in vertical SaaS, enterprise software, or SMB-targeted SaaS. The role demands a proven track record in scaling marketing at expansion-stage companies and a deep understanding of product marketing within complex, multi-product SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating marketing strategies into tangible pipeline and revenue impact, and will have a strong analytical mindset. Experience in marketing to both end customers and channel partners, as well as fluency in modern B2B SaaS marketing tools, is essential. The role requires a leader who is both a systems thinker and a storyteller, capable of influencing in a sales-led environment and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve marketing and business goals.
