About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven, inclusive organization. They will also be tasked with cultivating a mission-driven, inclusive culture that enhances employee engagement and supports leadership development. Strengthening philanthropic efforts and broadening donor and community partnerships through storytelling and engagement will be essential. Above all, the CEO will ensure that the perspectives of the company's residents are at the forefront of decision-making, continuously enhancing hospitality and service standards across the continuum of care.
