About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Digital Commerce and Loyalty to take on the critical challenge of reactivating a large and dormant loyalty member base. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the P&L of the digital commerce operation and loyalty ecosystem, with a focus on converting a significant enrolled database into a transacting one. This role demands a strategic leader who can drive profitable digital sales growth, optimize the channel mix, and increase customer lifetime value through loyalty program innovation and personalized offers. The VP will also be tasked with building the digital commerce metrics narrative to support the company's path to IPO, and must be adept at managing multi-brand digital commerce strategy, P&L, and loyalty program metrics. Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in digital commerce and loyalty programs, particularly in the restaurant, hospitality, travel, or retail industries, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in points-based loyalty P&L management, digital channel mix optimization, and CRM and lifecycle marketing. Experience in AI-driven personalization, multi-brand or multi-unit operational experience, and a strong background in financial storytelling for PE, board, or public market audiences are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
