About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a national sales strategy that is in line with the company's growth objectives. This executive leadership role requires the ability to translate enterprise goals into actionable sales plans, lead long-range revenue forecasting, and build and maintain executive-level relationships with key national and strategic accounts. The VP of Sales will also be responsible for overseeing the negotiation and execution of major contracts, representing the organization at industry events, and leading a high-performing national sales organization. Strategic leadership, executive presence, results orientation, and a strong business acumen are key competencies for this position. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience. A proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth is essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience in building materials, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
