About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's financial strategy and stewardship. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, with a CPA or equivalent required. The role demands expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial leadership, as well as experience in managing and developing teams. While nonprofit experience is preferred, a strong background in grant compliance and fund accounting is essential.
