About the Role

The role also involves translating organizational strategy into operational plans, establishing and monitoring KPIs, and ensuring that operational practices align with clinical best practices and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, compliance, staffing models, and payer environments, with a proven ability to build teams, manage change, and scale operations in a growth environment. Financial and business management skills are essential, as is the ability to lead process improvement initiatives and implement systems to support operational efficiency.
