About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of HR to join their team in a highly visible, enterprise-level leadership role. The successful candidate will be the chief HR partner to the President of the division, leading HR strategy and operations for a global business of approximately 2,300 employees. This role is pivotal in enabling the organization's ambitious growth plans, including strategic talent, organizational effectiveness, and transformation initiatives. The VP of HR will be responsible for driving organizational design, leadership capability, and enterprise-wide transformation, and will serve as a key member of both the Divisional and HR Leadership Teams. Candidates for the VP of HR position at the company should have a proven track record as a senior HR business partner at the VP level with global responsibility. A strong background in organizational design and effectiveness within complex, matrixed environments is essential, as is experience in supporting organizations through significant growth, scale, or transformation. The role requires a leader with strong business acumen, the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders, and a change leadership mindset. Experience in heavy manufacturing environments, particularly in automotive or aerospace, is highly valued. The VP of HR will also be expected to have a data-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and mature HR operations.
