About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Customer Officer to lead the transformation of its post-sale operating system. The successful candidate will be responsible for client retention, revenue protection, and the overall customer success and support strategy. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in operational B2B SaaS, particularly in the areas of client experience, and a strong background in enterprise SaaS. The Chief Customer Officer will be tasked with building a proactive, data-driven, and commercially oriented team, and will be expected to have a deep understanding of SaaS model economics, including churn, NRR, and customer success resource allocation. Key responsibilities for the Chief Customer Officer include establishing and maintaining the company's operating cadence, translating strategic priorities into departmental plans, and ensuring a strong product feedback loop. The ideal candidate will have a builder's orientation, be adept at constructing systems, and be comfortable operating in a PE environment. While not mandatory, experience in financial technology or adjacent capital markets infrastructure is preferred. This is a pivotal role for a candidate who is ready to take on the challenge of a market that is growing and is excited about the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and the executive leadership team in a true operational partnership.
