About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and experienced Head of Retail Operations to oversee multi-unit store operations in the California market. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving operational excellence, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring strong business performance across retail locations. Key responsibilities for this role include leading retail store teams to execute operational strategies and company standards, driving performance across various business metrics, and partnering with cross-functional departments to support business initiatives. The Head of Retail Operations will also be responsible for evaluating store performance, maintaining consistency in service and operational processes, and building a high-performance culture. Applicants for the Head of Retail Operations position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and have a minimum of 8 years' experience in retail operations management, with at least 3 years' specifically in managing multiple retail locations. The role requires a strong understanding of retail operations, customer service standards, and team leadership best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, influencing cross-functional partners, and delivering measurable business results. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve performance. Experience in women's apparel retail is preferred, and bilingual Chinese language skills are a plus.
