As President and COO, you will: • Lead the full organization. Own the cadence, the meetings, the decisions, and accountability. • Build and develop the leadership team. Raise the talent bar on every hire and develop department heads who can run their functions. • Own financial performance. Drive revenue, cost, and margin outcomes and ensure the business hits its budget. • Build the infrastructure for scale. Implement systems, processes, and technology, including AI tools, that make the business smarter, leaner, and more capable of growing without proportional cost increases.
