About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and executive oversight of all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, treasury management, and capital financing activities. This critical role requires a seasoned healthcare finance executive with strong operational acumen, deep regulatory and bond compliance knowledge, and a demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and the Board of Trustees. The CFO will also be involved in direct engagement with bondholders and oversight of debt issuances, and will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting long-term strategic growth. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration, with a CPA or CMA certification required. A Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in a high-level finance role within the healthcare or insurance industry, with a strong background in Epic systems and bondholder experience. Experience with FEMA reimbursement and compliance, as well as multi-facility management or experience in a larger tertiary acute care center, is also necessary. The CFO will be expected to have advanced computer skills, previous management experience, and exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with senior management, the Board of Directors, and staff.
