About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead its technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation in line with the organization's mission and business objectives. The CIO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and the Project Management Office. This senior executive will ensure regulatory compliance, system reliability, and drive modernization initiatives to enhance the member experience and operational efficiency. The role also involves advising leadership and the Board, managing vendor relationships and budgets, and playing a pivotal part in risk management, governance, and cross-department collaboration. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in IT leadership. The successful candidate will be adept at promoting organizational growth, maintaining strong community and stakeholder relationships, and will have a proven track record in leading technology-driven change. Key responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, ensuring cybersecurity, and managing data to support the company's mission of improving the financial well-being of its members. The CIO will also be instrumental in driving enterprise-wide projects that enhance the member experience and operational efficiency, as well as in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization.
