About the Role

Applicants for the Chief Outreach Officer position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a Doctorate preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in education, community organizing, or social service, particularly in an urban setting. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of building positive relationships with families and the community. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and will have a strong focus on goals and results. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
