About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to serve as its senior non-academic leader and a pivotal figure in the advancement of its mission. The CEO will provide strategic leadership, ensure organizational sustainability, and oversee all administrative, operational, and development functions. This role involves close collaboration with the Board of Directors, principals, staff, parents, donors, and community stakeholders to shape the long-term direction of the organization and strengthen its role in the community. Key responsibilities for the CEO include leadership and governance, fundraising and development, financial management, operations and administration, educational partnership, community and public relations, human resources, and strategic growth and vision. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' progressive leadership experience in a Yeshiva or nonprofit organization, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role, and a proven track record in fundraising. They must demonstrate a high level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism, as well as strong critical thinking, financial acumen, and exceptional attention to detail. The CEO will be expected to have excellent interpersonal, communication, and diplomatic skills, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is to lead long-term planning for enrollment, program expansion, and financial sustainability, and to identify opportunities for innovation and growth that are aligned with the organization's mission.
