About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Business Services in Analytics and Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise-level business services risk and analytics strategy, with a focus on developing and executing data-driven approaches that optimize portfolio performance and enable sustainable growth across lending and deposit products. This role requires a strategic leader who can leverage advanced data, segmentation, and performance insights to design and implement credit, pricing, and risk strategies that protect the organization while delivering financial value and strong member outcomes. The VP will also be tasked with partnering cross-functionally to ensure aligned execution, regulatory compliance, and high-impact decision-making. Key responsibilities for the VP include developing and directing the implementation of origination and portfolio strategies to manage and mitigate various risks, coordinating with product management, operations, and finance teams, and staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. The role involves team leadership, including hiring and managing a team of analytics and risk associates, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Master's preferred), at least 10 years of experience in analytics and risk management with an emphasis on business lending, and a strong background in risk identification, experience improvement, and regulatory compliance.
