This transformative leadership role demands a results-driven, innovative leader with a proven track record in community health, organizational strategy, and stakeholder engagement. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team to navigate a challenging landscape, including regulatory and compliance demands, funding uncertainties, and workforce shortages. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should be adept at maintaining strong relationships with local, state, and federal officials, as well as with the business community. The role requires a leader with a Graduate degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive management experience in community behavioral health, hospitals, or integrated healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will have a philosophy of shared leadership, collaboration, and accountability, and be politically savvy with excellent communication skills. Experience in leading strategic initiatives, building innovative systems of care, and a strong business sense within the community health and human services context are essential. Fundraising aptitude and interest are preferred, and the candidate should be prepared to work in a client-focused, rapidly growing organization that is committed to being an innovative service provider.
