About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its nationally respected, mission-driven, nonprofit consulting practice. The CEO will be responsible for the organization's vision, strategy, and long-term sustainability, with a focus on driving meaningful systems change in the areas of housing, homelessness, and behavioral health. This role requires a visionary and credible business leader with a proven track record in business development, revenue generation, and a deep understanding of the intersection of housing, behavioral health, homelessness, and human services systems. The ideal candidate will be a savvy networker and collaborator, with excellent communication skills, and will be expected to expand the organization's national visibility and thought leadership while maintaining a strong, values-aligned, and adaptive culture. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of ten years' of senior leadership experience, be adept at managing and empowering a diverse team of subject matter experts, and be skilled in organizational capacity building and leadership continuity. The role demands an empowering, inclusive, and thoughtful manager who can balance openness and flexibility with accountability, and who is committed to a relational, servant leadership approach. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the organization's continued relevance and impact in a changing political and policy landscape.
