The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organization, with a focus on advancing the people strategy, elevating the culture, and preparing the hospital for significant growth. This role is pivotal in supporting the hospital's mission of delivering world-class, people-centered care and will involve working closely with a new executive leadership team to bring stability, structure, and forward momentum to the HR function. The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Human Resources position at the company's hospital will be a high-energy, forward-thinking HR leader with a proven track record in complex, competitive environments. Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and workforce engagement is essential. The role requires a professional with strong business acumen, capable of optimizing workforce structures, and strengthening engagement to support the hospital's aspiration of becoming a comprehensive community hospital and surgical destination. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree, and the candidate must be willing to obtain SHRM–SCP or SPHR certification within 6 months of hire.
