About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of a sophisticated, data-driven marketing engine. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, pipeline, and enterprise value across residential, small business, and enterprise segments. The successful candidate will be a key commercial partner, defining and operationalizing growth strategies, and will be responsible for building and scaling demand generation, conversion, and retention programs. They must have a proven track record in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and CRM/lifecycle programs, with the ability to link marketing activities to key business metrics. The role requires a hands-on leader who can design and execute scalable growth systems, and who is adept at blending national strategy with local execution to ensure brand consistency and measurable revenue growth. Candidates for this role at the company should have a background in high-velocity, localized B2C service environments, with experience in franchise, dealer, or multi-unit models. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of digital acquisition engines, local demand generation, and be adept at managing CAC and implementing attribution tied to revenue. Experience in building commercial and marketing capabilities, as well as a proven track record of operating in private equity-backed or high-growth, performance-driven organizations, is essential. The role demands a commercially driven, data-oriented individual with a builder mentality, who is a collaborative influencer and takes high ownership of their work. The Senior Director will be expected to lead a centralized marketing team, manage external partners, and drive cross-functional integration to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
