About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Fixed Income Portfolio Management. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in fixed income securities and derivative instruments, specifically within the context of managing fixed income portfolios. A minimum of 10 years' experience in capital markets or trading desk environments, with at least 5 years dedicated to fixed income portfolio management, is required. The role demands a deep understanding of interest rate analytics, derivatives, and their application in portfolio management. Proficiency in Bloomberg is essential, and experience with derivative products for hedging or portfolio positioning is a key requirement. The ideal candidate will also have a solid grasp of the credit union industry, including balance sheet management and regulatory considerations. Applicants for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. The role is pivotal in the organization, and the candidate must demonstrate exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
